I want a Pokemon Hack and I need an editor for this ROM. I want one for graphics and text, please. Thank you, if I get it. What kind of game, but I want one for Pokémon Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, Fire Red and Leaf Green.

There's nothing like a publisher "ROM". What we want is an editor of "Hex". There are tons of free for all operating systems. Happy hacking: D
